Mixing system composition
Normally mixing structure is devised into frame-wall scrapping mixer, Two-way mixer, helical ribbon agitator mixer etc. structure.
The mixing speed is controlled by frequency converter.
The stirring speed ( Details please turn to VFD Operation instruction)
1. Press green button RUN the mixer will mix on VFD factory set speed, adjust the rotate knob to right side, the speed increase, to left side, speed reduce, the speed value will be shown on the screen.
2. Stop: Press Mixing off or press the red button Stop on VDF, it is better to rotate mixing speed to low speed and stop mixing function.

Homogenizing system introduction
Homogenizing system structure.
Normally there are Upper homogenizer, Bottom homogenizer, Cycling homogenizer.
Homogenizer is consist of motor, rotor and stator.
Homogenizer sealing adopts special double faces mechanical sealing and skeleton seal, mechanical seal adopts tap water cycle cooling.
Homogenizer working principle
Motor drive the high speed rotating rotor by the special clutch and high speed main shaft, materials distribute one or several phases to another continuous phase rapidly and evently, the materials will be proceeded in the narrow space between stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the mechanical effect.
Attention :Seeing from top to bottom, the homogenizer rotating direction is clockwise rotation, which should not be changed unless there is special request, otherwise, homogeneous effect will not be good and the homogenizer will be badly worn.
If homogenizing machine equipped with frequency converter speed homogenizer, the adjustment range is 1~50HZ (not to exceed the maximum 60HZ);
